Senior Citizens & Disabled Persons Concessions
The English National Concessionary Travel Scheme (ENCTS), introduced on 1st April 2008, allows the holder of any ENCTS permit to travel free of charge off-peak on Coastliner services.
North Yorkshire / City of York
Permits are not valid for journeys commencing between 0600 and 0859 on Mondays to Fridays, but may be used at any time on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
West Yorkshire / East Riding
Permits are not valid for journeys commencing before 0930 on Mondays to Fridays, but may be used at any time on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Obtaining a Permit
Permits are issued free of charge and may be obtained through your Borough Council, District Council or West Yorkshire PTE (Metro).
