Our commitment to our customers
All Coastliner’s buses are low floor, fully accessible and equipped to the highest standards. Our fleet is the most modern of any operating in the UK.
In order to maintain this position, but importantly to provide additional capacity for our increasing number of customers, we have just placed an order for 10 new double-deck buses which will be in service by summer 2008. This represents an investment of over £2 million. These will replace our 4 oldest double deck vehicles but also all our single deck buses giving us this much needed additional capacity.
Our whole team works very hard to ensure that we deliver the best quality of service possible, although at times, due to reasons beyond our control, we may be prevented from doing so.
Whether you travel with us regularly, less frequently, or are using our services for the first time, we hope that your journeys with us meet your expectations. If so, please let your family and friends know, but if we fail to meet your expectations, then do let us know.
